Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoBeyondDutch website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.
Our Services
GoBeyondDutch provides online Dutch language courses, including group courses, private lessons, exam preparation, course materials, and cultural education support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Enrollment and Payment
To enroll, you must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. All course fees must be paid in full before the course starts unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change, and all fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private Lessons
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Group Courses
Full refund for cancellations 14+ days before start. 50% refund for 7-13 days before. No refund for less than 7 days or after course starts.
Student Responsibilities
Students must attend lessons on time, complete homework, maintain respectful behavior, have necessary equipment, and not share course materials or account credentials without permission.
Intellectual Property
All course materials are property of GoBeyondDutch and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
GoBeyondDutch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
